Yes, after you download the music to your device, you have immediate access to the music. You can also view and print your Digital Download title from any computer or mobile device by signing in to your account and accessing your Digital Library.
Why can't I view the entire song before buying?

Can my download be sent to my mailing address?
Due to copyright laws, we are unable to send Digital Downloads through the mail.
What is an Interactive Download?
Interactive Downloads are dynamic sheet music files that can be viewed and altered directly in your Digital Library from any device. Interactive features include playback, tempo control, transposition, melody instrument selection, adjustable note size, and full-screen viewing.

I don't want the digital sheet music I ordered. Can I get a refund?
Digital sheet music and MP3s are not returnable after purchase due to their digital nature and immediate accessibility. This policy ensures the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights of the creators and publishers.
If you encounter technical or quality issues with your digital content, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
If a digital product is purchased accidentally, a refund may be requested within seven days of purchase. To qualify, the product must not have been downloaded or used extensively. We reserve the right to decline a return if there is evidence of significant use or abuse.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Why didn't I see my newly purchased Digital Download title in my account?
Your Digital Download order might be still processing. Sign out of your Digital Library, wait 10 minutes, and sign in. There is also a possibility you may have created another account; please confirm you are signing in with the email address associated with your order.
How can I tell if an item is a download or something that would be mailed?
- Digital Download products state they are digital products in four areas of their product pages, and they indicate they are "available instantly". Digital download purchases do not include any shipping fees, so if you see shipping fees on your order, you are not purchasing a digital product.
- Hard-copy items do not indicate they are digital in any way, and they always provide a lead time from our warehouse: "Usually leaves our warehouse in: ". Hard-copy products will require a shipping address during the checkout process. Depending on item availability and selected shipping methods, this material may take some time to be delivered to you. Please note that many of the items available for purchase on our website may not have a digital/hard-copy counterpart.

How can I transpose my music?
Interactive Downloads allow you to transpose the music. Once you are logged into you Digital Library, look for option that looks like a computer monitor, located under the "Access Purchases" column. This will open the interactive feature where music can be transposed by clicking the button with sharp and flat symbols in it. From there, you can transpose the music as needed. Please note that it may take some time for the interactive feature to become available after purchase.
Please note: Not all Digital Downloads have the Interactive features.
My computer is asking for a password to open the file. How do I open the file?
All digital download files are password protected PDF files that can only be read, they cannot be altered in any way. If you are receiving a message stating a password is required, we recommend you view the document on a different internet browser or with a PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat Reader. Digital download files cannot be altered, written-on with electronic pens, split into individual pages, etc. We do not guarantee they will work with 3rd party software. If you cannot access your file, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number.
I downloaded my music, but I can't view it.
Please confirm you are using one of the Chrome, Fire Fox, or Safari internet browsers or the most up-to-date version of Adobe Reader. For the latest version of Adobe Reader, visit https://get.adobe.com/reader. If you have installed the latest version of Adobe Reader and are still unable to view the music, please try viewing your music in your browser, or with a different PDF reader.
